These Customer Terms & Conditions govern the sale and purchase of training courses, workshops, and other services offered by The Center for Forensic Training and Education (CFTE). By registering for any of our programs, you agree to comply with these terms.

Registration & Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept payments via Stripe and other secure payment gateways.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be subject to taxes or processing fees.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus processing fees.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.

  • If we cancel a course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Training sessions and workshops involve physical activity and risks. By registering, participants acknowledge that CFTE is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages.
